About Me

biography

From fitness to nutritionist

In 2020, I took my first formal step into nutrition by completing a Sports Nutrition module at the University of Barcelona. At the time, I was working as a cosmetologist, but I quickly realised that our skin, body, and overall health are shaped just as much by what we eat as by how we care for ourselves externally. That realisation changed everything—it sparked a deep curiosity about nutrition and ultimately inspired me to change careers.

In 2025, I earned my Master’s degree in Dietetics, strengthening my expertise in evidence-based nutrition. Today, I combine science with real-world experience to help people build sustainable, healthy eating habits that support both their long-term health and confidence.

My Approach to Nutrition

My approach to nutrition is built on a deep commitment to real, nutrient-dense food. I believe that what we eat shapes our health far beyond just calories—it influences energy levels, disease risk, and overall well-being. That’s why I advocate for prioritising natural, whole foods while minimising reliance on highly processed products that offer little nutritional value—or worse, actively harm health.

Through my experience in hospitals and clinics, I have seen firsthand how diet directly impacts some of the most common and preventable health conditions, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, digestive disorders, and cardiovascular disease.

My mission is to help people break free from reliance on convenience foods and transform both their physical and mental health for lasting confidence and well-being
