All my meal plans are 100% personalised. I tailor them to your specific tastes, goals, health conditions, and dietary preferences, ensuring they are practical and sustainable for your lifestyle. Unlike generic plans, you won’t have to force yourself to eat foods you dislike.
- 7-day plan: Best if you prefer a structured menu that repeats weekly.
- 10-day plan: Offers more variety before repeating meals.
- 14-day plan: Ideal if you dislike eating the same meals frequently and want a wider variety.

The coaching package includes one month of support, where I help you stay on track with your goals. You’ll receive weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and meal adjustments if needed. You’ll also get templates, checklists, and exclusive guidance on portion sizes, meal prep, and troubleshooting challenges.
In the VIP Dynamic Plan, you’ll receive three new menus per week (12 in total over a month). This ensures your plan adapts to your specific goals. Adjustments are made based on your progress to optimise results.
This package requires weekly updates and real-time monitoring. Additionally, you receive priority support and continuous adjustments to fit your changing needs.
- Standard plans: One minor adjustment (e.g., swapping a food you dislike) is allowed.
- Premium & VIP plans: Adjustments are included as part of the coaching service.
For major changes requiring a full menu redesign, an additional fee may apply.
The VIP package is best for people who require close monitoring, such as those with diabetes, specific fitness goals and / or significant weight loss goals, metabolic conditions, or changing medical needs. It ensures your plan stays aligned with your progress for the best results.
Yes! All meal plans include simple, easy-to-follow recipes that match your dietary preferences. You’ll also receive meal prep tips to save time.
Absolutely! I customise meal plans based on allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions to ensure they are safe and enjoyable for you.
- You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your goals, dietary preferences, and health conditions.
- I’ll create your personalised meal plan within 5 – 10 business days.
- You’ll receive your plan via email along with any additional resources included in your package.
For coaching or VIP plans, we’ll schedule weekly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments.
Before creating your plan, you’ll tell me what foods you dislike. If you receive a meal you don’t enjoy, you can request a one-time minor adjustment (except in VIP packages, where frequent changes are included).
- Basic Plans include a one-week Q&A for any clarifications.
- Premium & VIP Plans come with ongoing support via email, messaging, or video calls, depending on your preference.
You can follow the plan in any order that suits you! I provide guidance on how to mix and match meals while keeping your nutrition balanced.
Because meal plans are personalised and require hours of work, refunds are not available. However, if you’re unhappy with your plan, I will work with you to make reasonable adjustments.
