Refunds for Services
- Refunds are not provided for completed consultations, meal plans, or any other delivered services.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us at rulocum@gmail.com to discuss possible solutions.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Individual Consultations:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - Programmes and Packages:
Cancellations for packages or long-term programmes must be requested at least 7 days before the programme start date to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds for partially completed programmes are not available.
- Digital Products (Meal Plans, Guides, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of meal plans, guides, or other downloadable content are final and non-refundable.
- Late or Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
