Refunds for Services

  1. Refunds are not provided for completed consultations, meal plans, or any other delivered services.
  2. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us at rulocum@gmail.com to discuss possible solutions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Individual Consultations:
    You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  2. Programmes and Packages:
    Cancellations for packages or long-term programmes must be requested at least 7 days before the programme start date to qualify for a full refund.
    Refunds for partially completed programmes are not available.
  1. Digital Products (Meal Plans, Guides, etc.)
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of meal plans, guides, or other downloadable content are final and non-refundable.
  1. Late or Missed Appointments
    If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
